Because our cups are high-value, fragile, and shipped internationally, we only accept returns when items arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receipt with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Upon confirmation, we will offer either:

A full refund to your original payment method, or

A free replacement of the same item (we cover shipping).

This ensures a fair process without burdening you with return shipping costs or damage risk.


2. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse due to the high cost, complexity, and fragility risks in returning items to Mainland China. This policy helps us:
